1. Using Kolorbloom

Kolorbloom lets you turn photos into coloring pages for personal, non-commercial use. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the photos you upload. You confirm that you own the photo or have permission to use it, and — where a child is depicted — that you are the parent or legal guardian or have their consent. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to use.

You may print and color your generated pages at home. Generated pages are for personal use and may not be resold.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Page packs are one-time purchases valid for 12 months and can be renewed. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to applicable consumer law.

4. Children

Kolorbloom is intended to be used by a parent or guardian on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian must provide consent before a child's photo is uploaded.

5. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. For questions about these terms, sign in and reach out through your account settings.
